Main Responsibilities
Update accounting data ensure information are accurate and available whenever needed;
Prepare financial schedules (General ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, etc), handle bank reconciliation;
Prepare monthly profit & loss reports for entities, performance analysis and variance investigation and reporting;
Assist in quarterly GST preparation and submission, handle annual audit & tax enquiries from auditor and tax agent;
Assist with other accounting projects.
Requirements
Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent;
At least 3 years full set experience;
Strong accounting knowledge;
Ability to work in fast paced and dynamic environment;
Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency;
Prior working experience in F&B, POS, Microsoft NAV is a plus;
Cheerful personality and team player.
