job Description
Key Responsibilities
1、Oversee the outstanding operation of the restaurant, ensuring consistent and stable delivery of QA (Food Safety) and QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness).
2、Handle customer feedback and complaints beyond expectations to enhance customer satisfaction.
3、Continuously standardize and optimize restaurant work processes according to operational guidelines to improve QSC.
4、Lead the team to achieve business and profit targets.
5、Build the store - level team, including recruitment, training, and development of subordinates.
6、Conduct restaurant business area analysis and market research on competitors, and propose effective suggestions.
【Requirements】
Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
Strong sense of goal, proficient in identifying and resolving problems through systems.
Excellent communication skills, ability to effectively motivate the team, and strong stress - resistance
