每周约45天,每天约68小时,可灵活安排早班、下午班或晚班,部分周末需配合上班,可立即上班者优先。
Around 45 days per week, approximately 68 hours per day. Flexible morning, afternoon or evening shifts. Some weekend availability is required. Immediate start preferred.
工作职责 / Job Responsibilities
负责电商订单的拣货、打包及贴快递面单;根据订单核对SKU、数量及产品规格;使用手机、扫码枪或系统扫描商品及订单;整理库存及包装材料;协助处理每日到货及出货;保持打包及仓库区域整洁有序。小组长还需要带领及协调23名兼职打包员、安排每日工作、跟进订单进度、检查SKU、数量及面单、进行随机及最终检查以减少错发漏发、确保扫码及打包流程正确执行、协助使用ERP或电商系统处理订单、监督出勤及工作表现,并向管理层汇报每日工作情况。
Pick, pack and label e-commerce orders; check SKU, quantity and product specifications against orders; scan products and orders using smartphone/scanner systems; organise stock and packing materials; assist with incoming and outgoing goods; and maintain a clean and organised warehouse and packing area. Team Leaders will also lead and coordinate 23 part-time packers, allocate daily tasks, monitor order progress, check SKUs, quantities and shipping labels, conduct random and final checks to minimise errors, ensure barcode scanning and packing procedures are followed, assist with ERP/e-commerce order processing, monitor attendance and performance, and provide daily updates to management.
职位要求 / Requirements
认真负责、准时、有条理、细心;工作速度快,同时能够保持较高准确率;能够接受长时间站立及一般仓库打包工作;会使用智能手机,有扫码枪、电商系统、ERP、仓库或打包经验者优先,无经验可培训;小组长需具备一定的协调和带队能力,同时愿意亲自参与打包工作;能够独立工作及处理日常问题;可配合部分周末班次;会中文和英文者优先;新加坡公民或PR优先;可长期稳定工作者优先。
Responsible, punctual, organised and detail-oriented; able to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy; comfortable with standing and general warehouse packing work; basic smartphone skills required. Experience with scanners, e-commerce systems, ERP, warehouse operations or packing is preferred, but training can be provided. Team Leaders should be able to coordinate a small team while remaining hands-on. Candidates should be able to work independently, handle daily operational issues, and be available for some weekend shifts. Mandarin and English proficiency is an advantage. Singapore Citizens / PR and candidates looking for long-term work are preferred.
