职位职责 Job Responsibilities
Handle all contract administration and quantity surveying matters for interior design / M&E projects.
Prepare contracts, budgets, cost estimates, project documentation and other relevant documents.
Carry out quantity take-off, measurement, costing and cost estimation.
Assist in tender preparation, tender evaluation and tender exercises.
Prepare documents for sourcing quotations from subcontractors and suppliers at both pre-tender and post-tender stages.
Evaluate quotations and conduct negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers.
Liaise with the Procurement Department to ensure materials are procured according to the project schedule.
Monitor project costs, expenses and budgets, and assist in optimizing project profitability.
Attend progress meetings, technical meetings, material submission meetings and other project meetings to identify variations, claims and potential variation works.
Prepare and submit progress claims, variation orders, cost reports and other contractual submissions in a timely manner.
Handle budget and cost control, contract administration and settlement of final accounts.
Ensure timely closure of main contract and subcontract final accounts.
Conduct risk analysis and feasibility studies when required.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers on contractual and commercial matters.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience in Singapore.
For ID QS: Minimum 2 years of experience in Singapore interior fit-out / renovation / interior design projects is required.
For M&E QS: Minimum 2 years of experience in Singapore M&E works / building services / interior fit-out projects is required.
Candidates with Main Contractor experience will be preferred.
Good knowledge of construction contracts, costing, variation orders, claims and final accounts.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good negotiation and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Good track record in handling construction / interior fit-out projects.
Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work within tight deadlines.

具有新加坡室内装修、室内设计、fit-out 项目 QS 经验,熟悉装修工程的 costing、quotation、variation、claims 及 final account。
M&E QS:
具有新加坡 M&E / ACMV / electrical / plumbing / fire protection 等相关工程 QS 经验,熟悉 M&E costing、variation、claims 及 contract administration。
有新加坡 Main Contractor / Interior Fit-Out Contractor 工作经验者优先。
