SCOPE OF WORK
Delivery of goods and drop-off operations to designated locations.
Perform routine maintenance works to upkeep clinics standards
Assist in warehousing duties during low peak period.
Assist with packing, labeling, and organizing warehouse inventory.
Able to perform standby duties and work overtime
Maintain accurate delivery records, logbooks, and basic documentation.
Collaborate with operations and warehouse logistics teams for efficient.
Other ad-hoc duties that may be required from Supervisor from time to time
In addition, in your role, we will require that you be agreeable to oversee some parts of operations, including, but not limited to :
Perform repairs & general maintenance work on various systems and facilities, including (but not limited to) plumbing & sanitary, air-conditioning, electrical/lighting, painting, and carpentry.
Troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
Coordinate with external contractor(s) for maintenance and servicing, renovations and repairs
Project management/coordination for new and existing clinics
Accurate and timely completion of maintenance logs, schedules, etc.
Execute software installation and deployment to computing systems
Troubleshoot and maintain of existing systems and IT equipment
Providing Logistics support and coordination for clinics, ensuring that the clinics are adequately stocked
