Operation of all audio-visual equipment with the aim to provide high quality technical standards
Ensure that the audio-visual equipment is tested and in correct working order before use or an event; investigate faults and recommend further actions to rectify
Maintains audio visual equipment including routine inspections and preventative maintenance
Maintain a strong working knowledge of video and audio equipment, wireless technology, computers, projectors, and video conferencing equipment
Coordinate integration with specialty audio visual equipment as needed
Responsible for cord management & safe set up and dismantle
Provide regular feedback to AV Manager or Workplace team on communication issues and service improvements
Liaison with project manager regarding the exact audio-visual requirements for events. This will include assistance with PowerPoint presentations, audio and video conferences
Candidates who possess Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage.
Good communications and interpersonal skills, team player with good discipline and working attitude
