Job Requirements:
Education & Experience
High school diploma or above; college degree preferred.
Male candidates only.
1+ years of customer service or related experience is an advantage.
Skills & Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems.
Personality & Attitude
Positive, patient, and professional attitude.
Strong teamwork spirit, but also able to work independently.
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Responsibilities (Brief Overview)
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate product/service information and resolve customer issues effectively.
Maintain customer records and follow up on cases until resolved.
Gather customer feedback and relay it to relevant departments for improvement.
